What we collect
When you request a referral list we collect your name, work email, practice name, and practice address. That's everything. No phone number, no payment details, no account.
What we do with it
We use your practice address to build your referral list from the public NPPES NPI Registry, and your email to deliver it and to follow up about tinnitus care at your practice. Every follow-up email includes a working unsubscribe link. We never sell or share your details.
How long we keep it
Generated list files are kept for about 35 days, then deleted. Your contact record is kept for 24 months, then deleted. To have your details removed sooner, email hello@joinoto.com and we'll delete them.
Health information
This tool holds no patient information of any kind. The referral list is built entirely from the public federal registry of licensed clinicians.
